Study On The Main Stakeholders Impact On The Development Of Farmers Specialized Cooperatives

Farmers specialized cooperatives is the important rural economic organizations in the process of agricultural industrialization and agricultural modernization process.And it plays an important role in proving the farmers income and promoting the construction of agricultural modernization process. By the end of September 2012, Farmers specialized cooperatives organization has grown to more than 28544 in Anhui province, the trend of development is rapid.What is the factors makes farmers specialized cooperatives develop so quickly? And what obstacles will be encountered in the process? Based on the stakeholders theory,this essay analyses the stakeholders affecting the development of farmers specialized cooperatives,includes cooperative leaders, suppliers and customers, government, farmers, rural communities, creditors, SMC, credit cooperatives, environmental groups. In order to make more in-depth study, the author selected the cooperative, cooperatives leaders, suppliers and customers, the government as the four key stakeholders, using the statistical method, case analysis method, the methods of literature search.This paper aims to clarify the cooperative relation between the interests of stakeholders and analyses Stakeholders is how to influence the development of Farmers specialized cooperatives, which is important to complete and innovate the cooperatives’ governance structure and realize the Farmers specialized cooperatives sustainable development.First of all, this paper analyses the stakeholders theory at home and abroad and the study on the theory of farmers specialized cooperatives,which is a good theoretical basis for the specific research. Secondly, in order to make the study of authenticity, practicability, pertinence, the writer had investigated 49 households farmers specialized cooperatives to access data and network data collecting relevant data information seriously, then analyses the present current situation of farmers specialized cooperatives in Anhui province by graphics and cases, then summarizes the function and characteristics of its development.And then further expounds definition of the composition of farmers specialized cooperatives stakeholders, the stakeholders’ main body, the interests of the relationship between the stakeholders and farmers specialized cooperatives.This paper selects the cooperative, cooperatives’s leaders, suppliers and customers, the government as the main body, which have more important influence on the development of farmers specialized cooperatives in Anhui province.In order to make the article more rigorous, more persuasive, this paper uses the specific examples in combination with major stakeholders for further analysis, then puts forward the strategy promoting the development of farmers specialized cooperatives in Anhui province.
