The farmers'specialized cooperative is the product of Chinese rural society marketability reform. It is also the innovation of agricultural organization system. The goal of this kind of innovation is to increase own benefit of the members. Therefore,the key development of the farmers'specialized cooperative is the establishment of the reasonable benefit joint and the benefit assignment mechanism. Forms"benefits and risks sharing"with the members. Has promulgated the cooperative society at the same time from the microscopic angle regarding its member of society benefit influence, on the other hand elaborates the cooperative society regarding director's benefit drive.This article first through to the Shaanxi Province 52 farmers'specialized cooperative questionnaires and the interview informations, analyze specialized cooperative development condition, the achievements and the operational mechanism. Analyze the benefit mechanism and the influencing factors of the farmers'specialized cooperative from the property right arrangement angle and the management structure angle.Next from the microscopic angle, accodring to 112 members questionnaire survey's foundation.
