China has been among the ranks of middle-income countries now,But the restriction factors of economic development are becoming more and more apparent.Through summarizing of the lessons as Latin America, southeast Asia and countries such as Japan and South Korea dealing with the "middle-income trap",and combined with the actual situation in our country, this paper analyzes the factors which may cause it fall into the "middle-income trap" from the economic, social, political, and environmental aspects. At the same time,we use the provincial panel data between 2002 to 2011,setting up the panel data model,in order to confirm that science and technology、demographic dividend have a positive effect on economy, and income gap has a negative effect on economy. Thus,we can make some rational suggestions:In order to maintain steady economic growth,we should deepen the system reform, improve capacity for independent innovation, establish the rational pattern of income distribution, build the government clean and efficient, and promote the development mode of green economy,in this way,it will make our country transitions from middle-income stage to the high-income stage successfully.
