With the progress of productivity and the development of economy, our country entered the crucial stage of industrial structure adjustment, manufacturing and services with the important role in economic development, has become a priority in the adjustment of industrial structure. As an important industrial city of northern China, is also the center of the bohai rim region city, the economic development of tianjin got the support of the domestic policies, many of the important manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad are concentrated in tianjin, manufacturing of also made a great contribution to the development of the overall economy, at the same time, the service industry especially the productive service industry has made great progress, added vigor for economic development in tianjin. By studying the correlation between producer services and manufacturing industries, at present the two metrics, the collaborative development condition of understanding the inner mechanism of manufacturing industry and producer services is to promote transformation and upgrading, innovative means necessary, therefore, mainly from the following two aspects has carried on the related research work:First use of system coupling model, constructs the producer services, manufacturing system 4 first-level indicators,11 second-level indexes of the index system, using the method of entropy to determine weight, coupling coordination degree between the producer services and manufacturing industry of tianjin development and present situation of measurement, investigates the coupling of the two big industry from the overall situation. Results show that the producer services and manufacturing industry of tianjin in the stage of rapid development, the development level of productive service industry lags behind the manufacturing of the two coupling coordination degree from 2006 primary coordination gradually transition to the intermediate coordinate, in order to better promote transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry, should speed up the development of producer services, from the Angle of investment, technology innovation, talent introduction and upgrading the adjustment of the producer services.Second in 2002 and 2007 input-output table data of tianjin as the foundation, using the vector autoregression method and input-output analysis method, correlation analysis of producer services and manufacturing industry of tianjin. The added value of selection, intermediateTouRuLv, the intermediate demand rate and sense degree coefficient, influence coefficient index analysis of the producer services and manufacturing, the research results show that the manufacturing industry to the pillar of the national economy function should not be ignored; Manufacturing of producer services in the middle of the demand structure and the structure of intermediate input to the manufacturing of producer services are both showed a trend of continuous optimization, but the intermediate demand rate and TouRuLv is not high, the association was not significant; The promoting function of producer services to other departments generally greater than services to demand from other departments, but for the manufacturing of the forward effect is not significant, industry correlation effect is still at the lower level. This study related industrial policy formulation for tianjin has important theoretical and realistic significance.
