Since 2013, the world economy continues in a fragile recovery phase under the policy stimulus, the overall situation is relatively stable, but continued to slide downward, to maintain a "weak growth" pattern. For the majority of Chinese export enterprises, should optimize the current international marketing strategy to different international markets in the situation, it is the key to achieve corporate development.The author worked at export department of the Golden Bridge Group which are main manufacture welding materials for many years, mainly engaged in developing international markets and are responsible for the African market area, so the author know well of the African market. Based on the current status of the respective industry and related work experience, to study Africa’s marketing strategy to Golden Bridge Group. Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of Golden Bridge Group and modern international marketing management theory and related theory, to analyzes the main problems of the African Marketing with SWOT analysis tools, in addition, listed a guarantee implementation of marketing strategies.The author study and optimize African marketing strategy of Golden Bridge Group, give advice and guidance to some of the solutions in some certain extent. This will be have some good guidance and reference to the Africa’s marketing strategy for the related welding materials enterprises.
