As the fast developing of China economy, Suzhou becomes one city of the most developed in Yangzi river area. And it becomes the main labors working center from all over of China. Since 2012, Suzhou became the second biggest immigrant city except Shenzhen; the immigrant population is about 53% of Suzhou total population. Currently the operators working in Suzhou Company were born in 1980 s later; about 63% are from 25 to 34 years old. The immigrated operator is about 77%; most of them are from far away Village with middle school, high school or technical middle school education. They are working in Suzhou manufacturing factory with nearly about 33% turnover. This brought high production cost to the company. In 21 century people is the core competitive, if the company owns stable human resource, they will keep their competition on the marketing.This article analyzes the 80 s immigrating operators’ characteristics to find out their emotional causes by reading plenty of emotion theories and relative documents. During the course of questionnaire, I found that those 80 s immigrating operators easily had negative emotion with the high competitive, high working pressure and life pressure. Those negative emotions can cause unstable emotions, low efficiency, and poor quality; and at the same time the immigrated 80 s operator can feel the job worn-out, even leaving the job. If the negative emotion is here for a long time,this can reduce the positive emotions. As for this study I found that if person with stable emotion and good emotion control, he can have a harmony relationship with his working mates. Also he has a high efficiency and positive attitude in his daily work. This can help the company organization developing well. Now more and more companies start to pay attention on workers’ emotion control from hiring.By the questionnaire of 80 s immigrating operator, I found that depression, anxiety, frustration and irritation are four mainly negative emotions which they have. Those negative emotions come from 80 s immigrated operators personal factor(low education status, economy pressure), organizational factor(hardly merge into urban society), working factor(working pressure, low belonging). High turnover and low job satisfaction have obviously Relativity. In this article, I focus on personal factor, organizational factor and working factor to analyze how to reduce the 80 s immigrating operator negative emotions and better their positive emotions. It’s finally to balance those two kinds of emotions and keep the 80 s immigrating operator in stable healthy emotion.This article is to study the 80 s immigrating operator’s working and life situation to find the cause-negative emotion of high turnover and low job satisfaction. To reduce negative emotion and provide some solutions and advice Suzhou company on how to manage and keep 80 s immigrating operator in organization.
