Operation and development of enterprises is stable team-based work,and needs plump and stable job emotion of employee.To a certain extent,employee turnover will has an effect on employees psychology and emotion,also causes some economic loss and brain drain of enterprises.So,the impact of negative emotions caused by the staff voluntary turnover,what is the impacting factors and relationship between these factors and the intensity of emotion contagious are discussed and investigated in this paper.By literature research and practical interviews,individual characteristics and the other five factors are identified: relationship quality,sudden departure,information blur,events threatening,and attribution resonance.We raised a hypothetical question,and work out the emotional contagion of turnover questionnaire.In the research process,using SPSS17.0 to analyzes 96 valid data,the following conclusions shows that this exists a positively correlated positive correlation between relationship quality,level differences,sudden departure,information blur,event threats or attribution resonance and the level of EC,and a negative correlation between the level of education,the departure times experienced and the level of EC.Results of this study provide new methods and ideas for the prevention and control of emotional contagion of employee turnover,and have certain significance for the stability of the company’s employees.
