In spite of the comprehensive competitive advantage, ABC Suzhou branch is now facing increasingly more pressure. How to tackle with the problem of sub-branch transition would be significant toward the long-term development of ABC Suzhou and provide relative reference for the growth of commercial banks in China.This essay adopts the analysis method of theory linked practical condition. Based on the fundamental theory research of sub-branch transition of banks and transition mode of international banking industry, this essay deeply discusses the motive and urgency of sub-branch transition and analyzes the implemented jobs concerning transition closely connected with ABC Suzhou Branch practice. Then, it raises point of view that it must carry out the second transition in sub-branches.
