In the context of fierce competition in Banking industry,if the Agricultural Bank of China Suzhou Branch wants to continue to maintain a healthy and sustainable development, it is necessary to keep it’s junior staffs in high spirits. The job burnout of the junior staffs may have negative effects on their performance so that it would do harm to the operating profit of ABC Suzhou Branch in the future.Therefore, studying the issue of job burnout of junior staffs in ABC Suzhou Branch is with realistic significant.This paper focuses on the junior staffs of ABC Suzhou Branch and analyzes the current situation and influences of their job burnout by means of questionnaires on the basis of present paper refers to the domestic and foreign existing literature material.The analysis of the investigation shows that: The phenomenon of job burnout exists, to the middle degree, in the junior staffs in ABC Suzhou Branch as a whole. There are differences of job burnout in gender, age, education, work seniority, marital status and other demographic variables. On this basis, this paper analyzes the causes of job burnout of junior staffs from three respects such as individual, working and organization and discusses the optimization strategies to relieve the job burnout in ABC Suzhou Branch from the same three respects.From the individual level, the junior staffs should learn themselves objectively,establish the correct working values, release pressure scientifically, adjust themselves properly, set up their goals and clarify their career direction. From the working level, it is necessary for ABC Suzhou Branch to reduce the workload of the staffs to implement the burden alleviation plan, diversify the routine work to make the work more challenging and strengthen the authorization consciousness to improve the job autonomy. From the organization level, it is crucial to implement and optimize the fair wage system, create the multilevel promotion system for the junior staffs, and care more about them and improve their happiness index.
