With the rapid development of economic after the Reform and Open, Chinese people’s life has improved very much. Vehicles are coming into people’s home, becoming an important part of their life. A large amount of them choose imported vehicles as the communication tool. However, there is a very big difference of price between China and out China. As a same car, it’s very cheap, once imported in China, it’s as twice as expensive,sometimes even more. Domestic consumers are now more and more unsatisfied with this weird phenomenon. In this case, there are several reasons which are came up with by different people, some say that it’s caused by monopoly of vehicle makers, some say that it’s caused by government regulations and taxes, some say that it’s caused by 4S retailers who pursue high profits, the rest of them say that it’s caused by consumers themselves. Until now there is not a definite conclusion about this phenomenon in academic community.Game Theory is a very important science in social and economic field, playing a significant role in research on explaining those things. After reading plenty of documents and articles written by previous scholar and scientist, this paper uses Game Theory as a fundamental tool to analyse the relationship among vehicle makers and their competitors,regulation departments and vehicle makers, vehicle makers and 4S retailer, consumers and 4S retailer, consumers and consumers. Take all kind of elements that can affect the difference of vehicle price in and out China into account one by one. At the end of this paper, according to the results of Game Theory analysis, I come up with some effective advices, for instance, regulation departments should take some restrict actions on vehicle makers who export car into China, prevent market monopoly; reform the outdated tax systems and orders, and rebuild a definite new one; guide a rational consumption behaviours in consumers; government should enhance the support of raising domestic vehicle makers, developing high class cars.This paper does a lot of research on imported vehicles in its making stage, pricing stage, sale stage, using the method of Game Theory, get some useful advices, helps us understand the sale price of imported vehicles in China.
