The Community Participation In Ecotourism Of Dianshan Lake Area In Shanghai

Ecotourism is the inevitable choice of sustainable development for the tourism destination, and is closely related to every local community residents. The development of the ecotourism can not be excluded from the community residents, and they should be encouraged to participate in and to guarantee their legal rights, and realize the sustainable development of the community and tourism destination.Take the Dianshan Lake area in Qingpu District of Shanghai city for an example, the article uses collection, analysis, investigation and other methods for the literature data, at the same time, it uses the sustainable development theory, sociological theory, the tourism management theory, with economics, management and other disciplines to systematically study the community participation in ecotourism of the Dianshan Lake. The content of this research can be divided into three parts.The first part includes the first chapter, it introduces the research background, purpose and significance of this paper, reviews the research progress on ecological tourism at home and abroad, then reviews some related concepts of community participation, discusses the theoretical basis of the community participation in ecotourism and introduces the main content and technical route of this research.The second part includes the second and the third chapter. First, it objectively and systematically discusses the natural environment, social economy and ecological tourism resources. Then, it summarizes the regional tourism market situation according to three aspects of the tourist accommodation and tourism income, the main accommodation facilities, travel agencies and tourist attractions, tourism planning and project constructions in recent years. And then it summarizes the local ecological tourism status, and investigates the situation of the community participation in ecotourism. Mainly about the community residents attitude towards the ecotourism development, the way of the benefit distribution and dynamic mechanism of community participation. According to the analysis, it summarizes the good experiences such as local residents have a certain understanding of the ecotourism, with the extensive support of tourism activities; the local government has put great importance to the construction of the beautiful countryside, the degree of community participation in this activity is higher, and villages appearance have been effectively improved; rural tourism, ecological experience and agriculture tourism have been relatively operated, some residents have actively participate in and have won a good effect; residents activities in tourism services is rich, which has take a good effect in improving the life of community residents, carrying forward traditional culture of Dianshan Lake and the spread of folk customs. It also has summarized the difficulties of community participation in ecotourism in Dianshan Lake area, which lies in the democratic mechanism is not perfect, the lack of financial investment, the lack of participation awareness, participation content is limited, the lack of fair and reasonable interest distribution mechanism, and environmental protect situation is not optimistic and so on.The third part includes the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter, in view of the existing problems, it put forwards some targeted countermeasures and suggestions, such as we should increase policy support, construct democratic participation mechanism, improve the level of community participation, improve the management system, perfect the mechanism of distribution of interests, adhere to the strict protection of tourism resources and sustainable utilization of the combination, form sustainable utilization of the combination. Finally, it summarizes the whole content of this article and expounds the innovation of this paper and future directions for improvement.The development of ecological tourism area in Dianshan Lake is the route one must take to protect the local ecological resources, maintaining ecological balance and improving the living environment for residents. community participation is an important starting point to achieve this goal. Through the cooperation of the government, tourism attraction, community residents, tourism enterprises, tourism experts and scholars, we try our best to build regional tourism brand of Dianshan Lake, and construct this area as the famous lake which adapts to the international metropolis function with good life and ecological environment.
