With the growing economy, higher and higher living standard, and changing consumption patterns in China,credit card business has become the new focus of competition between financial institutions.Nowadays,most Chinese banks are trying to enter the credit card market and most of them are already fighting over market share in it,because of its market attractiveness.Now the credit card issuers are competing fiercely in the market place,and they,with all their strength,ponder over how to extend their market share,how to build a stronger brand,how to get and maintain a competitive advantage,how to become more effective in their marketing activities,etc…As one of state-owned banks,the Agricultural bank of China belongs long history and brand influence.However,due to development in lower lever,agricultural bank credit card business in the market is in a disadvantage.In this paper,the purpose is to the agricultural bank credit card business marketing management puts forward a systematic marketing strategy system,with my working experience as Suzhou branch a example.This paper,from the marketing management to the theoretical analysis,and through the analysis and comparison of the summary and the method,the analysis of the present stage of agricultural bank of Suzhou branch marketing management present situation,and proposed the marketing the problems existing in the management.Combining the current situation of marketing,through the application of PEST,SWOT analysis method,the agricultural bank Suzhou branch in the marketing competition environment to carry on the detailed analysis,and formulated a marketing strategy,including product,price,place and service.This paper tries to Suzhou for agricultural bank branch credit card marketing management puts forward a set of relatively complete,the feasible marketing strategy system,make the Suzhou branch in credit card business areas developing healthy and sustainably.
