At present,China has come to a New Era of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.In order to achieve a new future of Chinese economic development,China began the modern financial industry system innovation,the financial market has a lot of changes.The most prominent manifestation of interest is rate increased significantly.Under such a background,the traditional banking operation mode(earning profits by the interest rate of deposit and loan)is obviously not suitable for the financial development in the new era.So the major banks are exploring the deep value of the credit card business,and strive to make it a new profit growth point of the bank.In this paper,after simply introducing the development status of card business and credit of Agricultural Bank of Kunshan,through the PEST analysis model,SWOT analysis,4Ps theory of the Agricultural Bank credit card business development system analysis of the situation,found in Agricultural Bank of Kunshancredit card business problems in the development process.Aiming at the problems found in the analysis,the paper puts forward countermeasures and measures from the perspective of market positioning theory and 4Ps theory,so as to provide reference for the development of credit card business of Agricultural Bank of Kunshan.
