With the development of market economy, the social division of labor is increasingly refined, the links between enterprises is increasingly close, the competition between enterprises has been transformed into the supply chain and supply chain competition. Supply chain risk events around the world occurred frequently and cause serious consequences, which ha ve caused the domestic and foreign enterprises and scholars pay attention to the supply chain risk. But most studies focused on enterprise risk assessme nt and control under the environment of supply chain, the research of supply chain risk conduction mechanism is still relatively small, in this context, the research on the supply chain risk trans mission will have a certain value and significance.Take the risk transmission of the supply chain research object, this paper analyze the knowledge transmission in supply chain network. Research shows that, the risk of knowledge can improve the anti-risk ability of enterprises in supply chain network in a certain extent. On this basis, This paper join the ability to innovate of supply chain node enterprise itself in Cowan model, to improve Cowan model, on the basis of the improved model study the risk transmission in supply chain network with risk of knowledge innovation, and make some achievements:First of all, Link the risk of transmission and dissemination of knowledge network evolution model, through the definition of knowledge dissemination, knowledge of the risk, transform supply chain risk transmission into the supply chain risk transmission of knowledge. The study found that the risk of knowledge can improve the anti- risk ability of enterprises in a certain extent.The second,Combined with the actual life, improve the classical Cowan model of knowledge transmission, add the innovation ability button of the enterprise, simulate through the Repast S ymphony, which involve two groups of experiments, one study the effect and characters of knowledge risk, another study the risk transmission of knowledge innovation and knowledge risk exchanging.The last, according to the simulation results, it can be found that,the risk of knowledge can make enterprises have higher anti-risk ability with the enterprises’ own innovation ability, and improve core competitiveness and position in the whole supply chain network, but because of different situation of enterprises, the innovation ability between each enterprises is different, which may increase the imbalance of knowledge risk in the whole supply chain network in some extent.The research of this paper has an effect on identifying risk, understanding the degree of risk and avoiding the impact of supply chain risk conduction for the node enterprises.
