As a vibrant sunrise industry, the cultural industry has a broad prospect for development, which could enrich the socialist market economy and promote economic restructure and upgrade. CZJY Group is a leader of the infant education industry of one city, who has the advanced management experience and strategic thinking. Under the circumstances of transformation development in the educational software industry, CZJY Group is also confronted with new opportunities and challenges. Facing the fierce competition, its product differentiation is not eye catching, and the market share is gradually reducing, so its development strategy needs to be adjusted.This research is stated from the background, theoretical introduction, environmental analysis, strategic optimization and implementation. The first chapter is about the background and significance of the topic of this article, as well as the basic framework and ideas of this paper; the second chapter introduces the theory of corporate strategy and market development strategies; the third chapter introduces the development status of CZJY Group; the fourth chapter focuses on its development environment, using the PEST analysis, Michael Porter’s five forces model analysis and SWOT analysis; the fifth chapter is the focus of this paper, via the above analyses, which analyze the existing strategy of CZJY Group and propose the solutions; and the sixth chapter makes a summary and outlook.Based on the single market development model CZJY Corporation exist problems of analysis and evaluation, concluded that the company implemented CZJY differences in management strategy is consistent with the company at this stage the situation, especially of this study, "electricity supplier + network play " differentiated business model able to expand into new markets CZJY Corporation to provide a reference, while the cultural and educational product development company to develop and optimize market development strategy provides a useful exploration.
