With a huge chance to the traditional industry by mobile Internet,cultural industry obtained the attention of the national and local governments,how to maintain a good development in the fierce competition can be a great challenge for the anyang city culture industry investment co.integrated the relevant theories of strategic management,This article systematically explored strategic question for the development of anyang city culture industry investment co.through macro and micro level methods,the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods.First,this paper used the PEST analysis method and the model of five methods for the company's external macro environment,industry development environment is analyzed,it is concluded that the cultural industry faces an important development opportunities including national policy support,good regional economic environment,the development opportunity brought by the mobile Internet,weak power of suppliers bargaining,and small substitute threat;To deal with the challenges and threats include cultural enterprises management security administration,low efficiency of cultural resources use,low barriers to entry,the threat of potential entrants.And then using the external factor evaluation matrix(EFE),it analysis culture industry of the external environment for the quantitative evaluation.Second,the comprehensive analysis of the internal resource conditions for the development of the company,the results show that the development of the company advantage mainly include resource advantages,talent advantage,good financial condition,high brand recognition,and disadvantages are weak financing ability and weak organization management level.And using the internal factor evaluation matrix(IFE),it made a quantitative evaluation on the company's internal resources.Then,with the integration of the external environment and internal resource conditions,on the basis of the results of the analysis,combined with the company's strategic development goals,SWOT analysis method is used,construct the anyang city culture industry investment co.,LTD.,strategy development of alternatives,and comprehensive quantitativestrategic planning matrix(QSPM matrix)prioritize and evaluation of alternatives,the results show that the anyang firms should choose to give priority to with growth strategy,with the combination of diversification strategy is complementary development strategy.Finally,to ensure the company development strategy to get effective implementation,according to the development of the company strategic priorities and the shortcomings of their own development,several strategic implementation safeguard measures are put forward.With the integrated use of strategic analysis tools,and the development of anyang city culture industry investment co..,this paper has carried on a system analysis,providing guidance and reference for strategic choice and design of future development strategy,as well as the strategy development of other cultural industry investment companies to provide the reference and help.
