In the past, the competition among the garment enterprises in China was material resources competition, but now it becomes the competition of human resources of the enterprise. Therefore, the enterprise should put the absorption and motivating staff effectively on modern enterprise management’s agend, and the key point is establishing perfect and scientific incentive mechanism.Based on incentive related theory, then according to thinking of finding problems,analyzing problems, solving problem, as well as the investigation and study on YRD clothing company, this paper finds that there are a lot of problems in terms of incentives,performance evaluation is not perfect, the salary system is not scientific and there is no planning of employee occupation career. Combined with the domestic and foreign incentive theory, it analyzes the problems existing in the YRD clothing company, and optimizes five aspects to more effectively to incentive employees and inspire the staff’s work enthusiasm, put forward employees incentive mechanism of YRD clothing company,from the performance management, salary incentive, spiritual incentive, career planning and supervision.The innovation of this article is :to explore enterprise incentive mechanism problem by adopting questionnaire investigation. Through consulting a large number of literature,design the questionnaire in view of the enterprise employees’ actual situation, and put forward some problems related to incentive mechanism, then lead employees to participate in the questionnaire actively; Finally, find out the problems existing in the enterprise employees incentive mechanism through summing up the questionnaire, and bring up the optimized incentive mechanism of YRD clothing company.
