The competition among enterprises is the competition among persons with ability in the final analysis. In today’s rapid economic development, human resource as the company’s most important resource has a great potential of development. Therefore, a company must make full use of human resources, establish and improve the incentive mechanism, in order to gain a foothold in the competitive market. Thus, on the one hand the enthusiasm of the company’s employees will be mobilized, it also makes the entire enterprise to carry out the work more orderly. Therefore, establish and improve the incentive mechanism not only can fully mobilize their wisdom and talent, but also can improve the efficiency of enterprises. It is also a critical work to achieve long-term development.ZLJT grain and oil company is an enterprise mainly grain and oil manufacturing, is currently in rapid development stage, young employees, employee education and their ability to work also has very big difference, mobility is more frequent. Enterprise the present incentive mechanism still used the old state-owned enterprises customary practice, effect is not ideal. For this kind of situation, enterprises must establish the perfect has a promoting effect of employee incentive mechanism, to promote the further development of enterprises.Taking ZLJT grain and oil companies as the research object, adopted questionnaire survey method, literature analysis method and quantitative method, qualitative summarizes ZLJT grain and oil company’s current incentive theory, and combining the ZLJT staff the present situation of the incentive mechanism, in the form of a questionnaire to obtain first-hand information, analysis and summarizes the problems existing in the enterprise in the incentive method and the realistic requirement of employees. On the results of the survey, this paper ZLJT cereals, oils and the improvement of the company employees incentive mechanism and the establishment of put forward the corresponding proposal, designed to adapt to the characteristics of the enterprise salary system, performance appraisal system, staff training and promotion mechanism, and proposes the corresponding incentive mechanism operation safeguards.Thesis research not only play a positive role in guiding the actual work of ZLJT grain and oil companies, but also has reference value in employee incentive mechanism similar design optimization.
