Land utilization efficiency in rural area of China is very low, and thus agriculture development level is not that high. There are many problems in Chinese rural area. For example, the agricultural production scale is very limited and the resource utilization is not sufficient. At the same time, as the rural labors transfer to cities, a lot of society problems have come out. Therefore, accelerating the speed of our rural land circulation, realizing land scale operation is a quite good solution of all these current problems.Specifically, the key word of Land Circulation in this thesis is that the function of agricultural production doesn’t change. It means that the land must be used for agriculture after circulation. Therefore, this thesis is analyzing the agricultural land circulation. In this paper, I apply the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. In the part of introduction, I come up with a series of questions according to the current society condition to draw forth the essential issues of land circulation in China. Also, I make an analysis about the research meaning, literature review at home and abroad, research ideas and methods, innovation points and shortcomings of this essay. In the first chapter, I do some theoretical analysis including some related concepts, land circulation principles, research theoretical basis and the preconditions of land circulation. In the second chapter, I analyze the current situation of land circulation. Especially, I elaborate the essential problems of current land circulation. In the third chapter, I find out the constraints of successful land circulation. I apply Logistic regression model to analyze the 10 factors which influence peasant household land circulation decisions. The forth chapter tells the international experience of land circulation by contrastive analysis which has reference function to China. Finally, in the fifth chapter, I come up with rewarding policy suggestions according to the former analysis.
