With the coming of better educated, information age and the rapid development of the Internet, the human resources management which bases on the recruitment and combines with network has brought a new revolution in the way of recruitment. Network recruitment has gradually become an important part of human resource management in moder n enterprises.Though network recruitment in China starts late, the industry develops rapidly and the market has huge potential. Therefore, the author combined the theory and practice, basing on the actual situation of Jilin province enterprise network recruitment, analysed rationally the exsiting problems of current network recruitment from the new perspective, tried to explore a scientific and reasonable optimization mechanism, so as to provide strategic reflection for the development of Internet recruitment in China.This paper on the two-sided market theory as the research foundation, from the point of v iew of the two macro and micro, the scientific definition of the meaning of network recruitme nt, general situation of global network recruitment market integration analysis, combining the characteristics of Chinese network recruitment market, from the political environment, econo mic environment, social environment and technical environment aspects fully mining the Chi nese network recruitment development space and market value.Through the analysis of the cu rrent situation of network recruitment, the author thinks that although the network recruitment for its wide coverage, the recruitment of low cost, convenient service, information timeliness and recruitment process is clearly significant advantage is widely accepted and applied, there are still many restrictive factors,for example, the lack of network information timeliness authenticity、the limitation of talent level the big difficulty in the personnel data processing、the imperfect of recruitment network technology and service system、the deficiency of strategic planning in the development of the industry.Basing on Jilin Province network recruitment,the paper makes a qualitative analysis, aiming at the development trend of China’s talent recruitment of future research and innovative approach for target, and explores the role and shortcomings of Network Recruitment deeply, and puts forward the feasible measure for improving and optimizing the network recruitment mechanism.Besides. This paper also made clear the development orientation of Network Recruitment to explore the new development model and offer a concrete optimization path and method in the network recruitment,contributing to the development of human resource in Jilin Province and even in our country.This study focused on the comprehensive analysis of the current situation and development trend of the network recruitment industry in Jilin Province, summarized the characteristics 、 the pros and cons of network recruitment, put forward the systematic optimization strategy of network recruitment mechanism mainly, raised specialized construction thinking and the specific effective optimization path on network recruitment form, so as to apprehend and grasp the connotation of human resource development.
