With the development of technology, the Internet has penetrated into all aspects of our lives and has connected the whole world. Any other media can’t be compared with it. Online recruitment relying on this feature of the Internet has the effects which the traditional methods can’t be achieved. The efficient and convenient features of online recruitment have achieved recruiters and candidates’affirmation and acceptance. Choosing what kind of online recruitment business model and how to manage the online recruitment links have become important issues which recruitment websites face.The qianchengwuyou company is studied in this thesis and its online recruitment problems have been studied in depth the system. Thesis guided by recruitment management theory always adheres to the combination of theory and practice. From services, operating environment and the characteristics of several aspects, it analyzes the strengths and weaknesses, such as the current homogenization service of network recruitment website and imperfect credit system. All above affect the net recruitment to keep healthy and sustainable development. By analyzing the status quo of qianchengwuyou, it puts forward future challenge in the future. The Internet has the rapid development, so Internet-based services are bound to be more uncertain challenges. Finally, this paper presents recommendations for the future development of qianchengwuyou that optimize the design of services and products, while increasing recruiters and job seekers supervision, creating a good environment for online recruitment.
