| On the basis of analyzing the research about acquisition & Post merger Integration as well as the business processes integration theory, it is found that the research about business processed integration after acquisition is very few. If any, the business process integration is just a small part of the paper, no deep & systematic research & analysis. Not to say, most of the study is on the perspective of the manufacturers. It is either too theoretic or lack of operational possibility because of emphasizing the integration modes.This paper studies the business process integration that company A has made after merging company B uniquely from the perspective of distributors. It analyzed about the achievements & the problems occurring during the integration in an empirical way. With the purpose of achieving the strategy of the business progress integration after acquisition & improving the performance of integration, this paper provides constructive suggestion to the incoming integration company A is to make & also guidance to the distributors’ integration.In all, the author of this paper holds:business process integration after acquisition is a systematic work which needs the IT technology support, proper adjustment of the organization, the effective culture merging & the utilizing of employees’ initiatives.
