In recent years, our country’s credit card business has developed rapidly. Our country economic development role has become increasingly important. As an importantgrowth point in the futureof consumer credit, the age of big datain theprocess ofliberalization, Globalizationof the financial industryaccess system ofprivate capitaldeepening. The rapid spread of themobile Internet、private capital、foreign banks to thewide penetrationof credit card business, and the Internetfinancialinnovationdevelopment, that will inevitably lead tothe city of Shenyangcredit cardbusiness to participate inpartyrelations day by daycomplex. The credit card marketcompetition is becoming increasingly fierce. Through the questionnaire in the formofquestionnaire survey,analysis of the useof credit cardforresidents of the city of Shenyang, to investigate the effects and mechanism ofvarious factors on thecredit carduse behavior and makes policy recommendations accordingly.Afterthe basic situation of theresidents of sex、marital status、cultural、degree、age、income and otherpersonal understanding、holdstatus、credit cardmonthly credit carduse frequency, singleaverageamountand credit cardrelationships betweensingleaverageoverdraftand gender 、 marital status 、 cultural 、 degree age 、education 、 genderand incomehave an important influence on theamountof credit cardholders.Theresidentsonthe use of credit cardcreditcardof commercial bankservice quality.
