Cash Flow Management Studies Of Tianyuan Dic Company

Cash flow is the core of financial management,compared with the abstract concept of maximizing corporate value, cash flow to better reflect the profitability of the enterprise. However, different industries, different types of businesses have different development strategies as well as individual-specific, they need to adjust the focus on cash flow management according to the company’s own operating characteristics.High-tech corporate cash flow fluctuations, unpredictable and different life cycle management requirements are not the same, the level of cash flow management has high demands.The current research in this regard is not much for the article left a lot of space, but it also brings new challenges.Based on the theoretical analysis of high-tech enterprises, taking Tianyuan Dic example, combining business strategy, life cycle theory, the use of literature research, comparative analysis, and case studies of three methods, and with industry two outstanding companies for comparative information on Tianyuan Dic analyze financial data from both the vertical and horizontal directions.And analyzed for Tianyuan Dic cash flow management in the administration, management objectives, content management and security management aspects.Through analysis, we found Tianyuan Dic cash flow management problems and seeking a fundamental cause of these problems, and to suggest improvements.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is an introduction, describes the research background, significance of the topic and the integration of the previous studies on cash flow management;the second part gives the cash flow management concepts and describes the related cash flow management tools;the third part introduces the company’s development journey, combined with the company’s financial data in recent years, combined with Neusoft, UFIDA data and make comparison and analysis of the operational status of cash flow management, and the presence of cash flow management process problems;The fourth part, for the existence of the above problems, identify causes of the problems of cash flow management process; the fifth part, for Tianyuan Dic problems with the actual situation of enterprises to give reasonable suggestions for improvement.
