China is a large agricultural country. The problem of agriculture, farmers and rural areas has been a major problem that has plagued the development of our national economy, and it is a problem that our country and the farmers need to solve. In recent years, with the development of economy, the income gap between urban and rural areas is bigger, the "three rural" becomes more and more serious. In general, the agricultural development of our country is faced with the problems such as low production capacity and low efficiency, the shortage of resources, the closure of information, and the limited access to information and so on.With the development of informatization, the construction of agricultural information has also been greater attention in China, however, the agricultural informatization started relatively late in our country. Compared with developed countries there is still a gap. Therefore, empirical analysis of the situation of rural informatization in China, analysis on the impact of rural economic growth level of information, can provide the theoretical basis for the improvement of rural informatization in china.In this essay, combined with the situation of our country’s agricultural, mainly uses the quantitative economic analysis method, to construct the empirical model of rural informatization and its effect on agricultural economic growth by using Cobb Douglas production function. The empirical analysis of the influence of rural informatization on the growth of agricultural economy from 2003 to 2013 in six central provinces, and aiming at the shortage of information service and puts forward pertinent policy suggestions. In order to to promote the agricultural information service, and promote the development of agricultural informatization in china.Through empirical research, the six central provinces rural informatization effects on agricultural economic growth. The conclusions are as follows: first, rural information infrastructure surely effects on agricultural economic growth, in the selected indexes, computer and local telephone’s number are the major source of access to agricultural information, we should increase the construction of agricultural information infrastructure in future; second, agricultural informatization development policy support is an indispensable part in the agricultural informatization construction, rural fixed amount of information transmission, computer service and software industry funds on agricultural economic growth has a positive role in promoting significant; third, it is necessary to pay attention to the cultivation of agricultural information talent development on the agricultural economy; four, the growth of the agricultural economy is not only affected by the capital investment and labor input, also affected by agricultural informatization.
