The Study Of The Xilinguole, Inner Mongolia’s Ecological Economic Construction Under The Marxist Ecological View

With the development of industrialization, modernization, all kinds of ecological problems appeared in all countries around the world during their seeking for development, and a world wide ecological crisis are forming. In our country, the ecological problems are more serious because of the extensive production mode which adopted in initial stage of modernization, and the development concept which focus on economic efficiency. The harsh truth is a challenge for our country’s sustainable development, if we can’t give some appropriate responses, it will becoming a hidden danger of our future development. After reprioritizing, people realized that the ecological problems’appearing is all because human’s mistakes in dealing with the relationship between nature and human’s selves. To solve the problem completely and build a harmonious relationship between human and nature, we need to study the Marxist Ecological View contained in the Marxist theoretical system, deeply learned the perspective of Marxist Ecological Philosophy, what’s more, the study can also give us support to deal with ecological crisis and realizing the sustainable development in both theory and practice.Xilinguole is an important traffic hub in central the Inner Mongolia, and also an important part of the ecological barrier in northern China. But due to the impact of the drought, high temperature, and the destruction caused by unreasonable planning of economic development, the ecological environment of Xilinguole continued to deteriorate in recent years, this condition is not only a constraints of the development of regional economic and society, but also a threat to the of the China’s northeast, north, northwest and other regions in ecological safety. With the formation of the concept "Five in One" and "Beautiful Chinese" in the report of 18th Congress, and the goal of building the institutions of ecological civilization which put forward in the Third Plenary. Xilinguole has became more aware of the urgency of construction socialist ecological civilization, building ecological economy and achieving long-term development has been crunch time.Through combing and summary of the thinking of Marxist Ecological View, this paper proposes the unity of Marxist Ecological View and the construction of ecological economy, and points out the suggestions of Marxist Ecological View in ecological economic construction, addressed the environment of Xilinguole’s economic development, through the analysis of Xilinguole’s natural resources, pillar industry and achieves of economic development, summarize the problems in process of Xilinguole’s Ecological Economic Construction, and put forward the specific solutions on these issues that combined with Marxist Ecological View.
