Research On The New Urbanization Under Marx Space Thought

Urbanization is the objective trend in the development of human society, and also is the route we must take of developing urban modernization. Since the establish of our country and the reform and opening up, China has experienced the biggest in scale and the fastest in speed urbanization process in the history of the world at present, the urbanization development in our country has been standing at a new historical starting point. The new urbanization construction has become a major problem related to the construction of modernization of China, which we can not solve scientifically with out science comprehensive in-depth theoretical thinking. How to tap the potential and using ability of Marx space theory and how to analyse and solve the problems which we face in the new urbanization construction practice of China, which have become the requirements of the period of the localization of Marxism in China.Marx space theory is an organic part of Marx theory. It was produced in 1940 s, when the capitalist world industrial revolution and the city of Marx space theory had a significant impact to the birth of Marx space theory. Based on previous theory, Marx combined with the state in capitalist society, further analyzed the root cause of relations between urban and rural in opposition, and elaborated the significance in the developing human civilization and promoting the development of the whole society. Mean while he explained the essence and key characteristics of capitalist urbanization, then formed the rich and syatamatic urban space theory thought. Marx classic scholars did not devoted to space theory work, but decribed their space theory through the "doctoral dissertation" critique of political economy“Outline”“Das Kapital”1857-1858 manuscripts of economics“ Communist Manifesto”and a series of classic. Space thought of Marx can be summarized into two aspects. One is the body on the meaning of space, which is on the basis of previous space theory critique and founded historical materialism dialectics by time, space and matter; the other is the space of the sense in social space, iwhich is the name of the people’s practice in branding, known in the specific social attributes of space and also is a kind of humanism the human nature space.The relationship between urban and rural areas is the logical starting point of the Marx doctrine on space and urbanization theory, and also is the important clue which we recogonize the process of China’s urbanization and study the new urbanization theory. This paper adheres to the basic principle of the Marx doctrineand the scientific concept of development and regards it as the scientific method of studying urbanization. Based on the domestic and foreign theory and practice of Chinese urbabnization double dimensions, it expands to think on the space of comparative study of the space thought and urban theory of Marx between China and the western counties. In order to deeply interpret the demands of the new style urbanization theory using the rich connotation of Marx space theory, it tries to explore the practical path in the ways of promoting the new style urbanization construction using Marx space theory.
