China mobile as the leading company in communication industry of China, which needs to face th e competitive pressure from rivals such as Telecom, Unicom, Alibaba and Tencent. It means China mo bile must hold their position on customer group of 3G users, exploit the advantages to the full, and impr ove the competition through the differentiated service. This article base on the situation of Zhong Wei Branch office of China mobile that uses customer satisfaction as research direction. Through combinin g the basic concepts such as the customer satisfaction; relationship marketing theory; customers deliver ed value theory; 7 Ps marketing theory and brand marketing theory, use the method of measurement of customer satisfaction and the model of customer satisfaction service experience, that combed out the st atus quo of Zhong Wei Branch. At same time, the major problem and reasons of that has been analyzed , also the strategies of perfecting and optimizing the quality of service has been raised.
