National brand is a very hot word in these years,and national policies have been encouraging and supporting national brand all the time,but under the background of globalized economy,national brand still on the weak position because of innovation shortness,so this thesis focus on this problem,take ADK audio for example to propose multidimensional innovation of National brand and study its effect.According to study large number of related articles,this paper make a statement on the multidimensional innovation of brand and methods of evaluation,use PEST and SWOT analytic method to research and study the current situation of audio industry.Based on above and combine with the current operation status of ADK audio brand from Hangzhou Hisound Electronic Co.,Ltd,I made a deep analysis on the problems which existed in the operation of ADK brand.This paper proposed optimized measures regarding to multidimensional innovation of ADK brand and use various methods to study innovation effect,take the creativity of ADK brand audio as the reference for the national brand,improve the competitiveness between National brand and international brand.The innovation of this paper might be the completely analyze on the audio Industry,study on the traditional export enterprise from the side brand innovation by an unique visual angle.In practice and output the results of brand innovation and research quantitative analysis index, to the study of small and medium-sized enterprise brand innovation has strong theoretical and practical significance.
