The Coordination Empirical Study Of Four Modernizations For Guangxi

The coordinated development of industrialization,urbanization, informatization and agricultural modernization (hereinafter referred to as the Four Modernizations) helps to promote the economic development of Guangxi province by leaps and bounds. Although the economy has developed rapidly in recent years, Guangxi, with remarkable results, "four modernizations" have been varying degrees of development. But the low-level development of the "four modernizations",化e imbalance development of them is still 化e main pro村em.The main purpose of this paper is to explore the level of the Four Modernizations coordinated development of Guangxi province, to identify the underlying reason that influence the coordinated development of Four Modernizations.Firstly,this dissertation discusses both the Klated theory and the intension of Four Modernizations, then sorts out the coordination theory, the sustainable development theory and a coordinated approach. And then, according to the actual development of Guangxi, the conclusion of the Four Modernizations of Guangxi can be draw’as well as lay the theoretical foundation and practical foundation for the development of Guangxi Research Coordination Four Modernizations.Secondly, combine with the Four Modernizations theory, this dissertation constructs the evaluating index of the Four Modernizations coordinated development.It analys the level of coordinated development of the Four Modernizations in Guangxi province through the improved gray correlation analysis model, quantitative analysis is divided into two parts:Analysing the restricting factors of coordinated development level of the any "two modenizations" in the Four Modernizations and the overall trend of the coordinated development of the Four Modernizations.Genarally speaking,the status of the Four Modernizations in Guangxi is coordinated anyway,however,the coordination degree is low.Seconly, analyze the overall trend of the coordinated development of the Four Modernizations. We can come to the conclusion through the analysis of Two Modernizations that Four Modernizations of Guangxi province is definitely in coordinated state, but not a high level of coordination, and the average coordinated level in the year of 2014 is 0.69, a low degree of coordination. Second, the level of agricultural modernization is the key factor that constraint the coordinated development of the Four Modernizations.Third, informatization is a major factor in Guangxi Four Modernizations coordination level fluctuations. Through correlation analysis that agricultural technology and agricultural industrial scale management in agricultural modernization,hightening the level of the information subject in the informatization are the breakthrough points that coordinate the level of the Four Modernizations.Finally, combine with the evaluation indicators of the Four Modernizations,analysing the level of the coordinated development of the Four Modernizations, some policy recommendations on the Four Modernizations are proposed:First, forth efforts should be put in the promotion of the modernization of agriculture, which means increasing science and technology application in the agriculture, helping drive the agricultural modernization by the informatization,promoting agricultural mechanization can be the main way to help the development of large-scale industrializing model of agriculture; The second is to actively develop the information industry, support efforts to improve the information industry, the talents cultivation; The third is developing urbanization, especially promoting the integration of urban and rural aera; Fourth, to adjust energy structure in the process of industrialization,and to improve environment pollution comprehensively must can lead to high-level coordinated development of the Four Modernizations ultimately.
