Farmers’ Professional Cooperative Economic Organization Internal Governance Research

Nowadays the agricultural economy has developed rapidly, agricultural structure began. to adjust gradually. The rapid rise of farmers’ cooperative organization played an important role to reduce the risk of market and maintain their own rights and interests. But, at present, in our country cooperative organization have small scale, narrow coverage, poor stability and weak driving force for farmers. cooperative organization development practice shows that the professional cooperation organization’ property right is not clear, lack of money, effective incentive and constraint mechanism, namely professional cooperation organization management is not perfect is a common problem, and influence vitality, cohesion and competitiveness of the organization. If cooperation organization want to play a leading role the key is to establish governance mechanism that can reflect the essence of cooperation organization requirements. Domestic study of cooperative economy organization is very rich, but focus more on the cooperation economic practices, and relatively few studies of cooperative economy organization internal governance. Like any other organization, the organization for economic cooperation need innovation to expand their living space and raise their energy.
