| In recent years, market economy develops step by step in rural China, governments at all levels increased the support of agricultural industrialization gradually, especially in the villages and towns, all kinds of professional market of agricultural products booming, it has formed many farmers’ professional cooperatives by relying on specialized markets for agricultural products, the farmers’ professional cooperatives which are formed spontaneously play an important role in such aspects as reversing the docking of small farmers and big market, connecting disadvantaged farmers group, correcting the damage of market failures which is harm for the interests of the peasants. After the initial formation stage, such farmers’ cooperatives, which direction they will develop, it has the vital significance whether its internal governance structure can adapt to the development of market economy, can achieve a healthy and stable development So this paper has higher theoretical and practical value for discussing this kind of farmers’ cooperatives.We utilize the method of the related literature review and case interview, and use for reference social network and social capital theory, study the influence which changes in peasant family social network effect on internal governance structure of farmers’ cooperatives and farmers’ cooperative behavior. The study found that society of strangers of market towns, governance structure of Cooperative is being changed from the traditional social relations that blood and marriage as a link to modern social relations that interests and contract as the main characteristics.The main innovations of this paper are:(1) Providing a new theoretical perspective on farmer cooperative which generated and development in the strangers social conditions.
