Emerging Industry Credit Risk Management Research Of ABC Bank Of Suzhou Branch

Emerging industry continuously improve the commercial bank credit risk control requirements. China’s commercial banks must grasp the innovation and development of credit risk management, so as to meet the needs of the market and the bank development. At the same time, as soon as the core business of a bank credit approval risk, it will not only directly affect the commercial bank profit, but also to the entire national economy running smoothly and national financial security. Therefore, from the angle of theory and demonstration, especially the big background of the new economical situation under the Commercial Bank of our country, explore how to better improve the emerging industry credit risk management and control policy is very urgent.Research contents : firstly, describing the photovoltaic enterprise operating status in Suzhou and bank financing present situation, analysing of Suzhou industry for photovoltaic enterprise credit risk management, resarching the credit risk control strategy. Secondly, discussing the present Suzhou branch`s the credit risk management problems of photovoltaic enterprises, which concludes the problems of accessing to credit, “government guarantee” business, credit guarantee, credit application and credit policy. Thirdly, researching how to establish sound credit risk management system of commercial banks, to transform of traditional industries to the credit risk of emerging industries.Conclusions: establishing of new industry access system evaluation and moderatly interventing the emerging industry; clarifying the position of government financial markets and controlling the industry risk; innovating second source of repayment and controlling the photovoltaic enterprise related guarantee ratio; using Potter’s five forces analysis model and timely adjustment of photovoltaic; innovating the photovoltaic enterprise financing and mining power plant financing mode.
