The Analysis On Efficiency And Influence Factors Of Various Industries Of Strategic Emerging Industry In China

Since 1990 s, the economy of our country has grew rapidly.But global financial crisis in 2008 makes people consciousness that our country’s present the extensive economic growth engine can’t continue to give impetus to the national economy.The economic transformation and optimization of industrial structure is necessary.Under this background, our country put forward to develop the strategic emerging industries.Identify key development industry as the new generation of information technology, new energy, biotechnology, new energy vehicles, environmental protection, high-end equipment manufacturing and new materials.This paper based two-stage of on DEA – Tobit method,we analyze the technical efficiency and its influencing factors of 29 industry’s from seven major strategic emerging industries from the strategic emerging industries.The results is that concluded that energy saving power electronic equipment, 3D field, wind power, smart grid, energy saving building materials, biological medicine, lithium battery, rare earth functional materials and the vehicle these nine industry’s comprehensive technical efficiency is 1, there are different degrees of invalid status in other industries.This paper also analyze the technical efficiency of every firms that we chose, and gives advice on how to improve the efficiency of technology.In terms of the factors that influence efficiency of enterprise’s integrated technology, this paper selected asset-liability ratio, enterprise scale, the first big shareholders, employees, and the level of education and the management level to discuss the five indicators. Ultimately through Tobit regression analysis we concluded that the enterprise scale, the asset-liability ratio and the level of education of enterprise employees have significant influence on technical efficiency and the enterprise technical efficiency have positive correlation with these three factor.
