In recent years, the rapid development of mobile communication industry, the telecommunication market gradually opening to the private market,4G accelerated deployment, integration, accelerated flow substitution on voice service, will have significant influence on the development of the industry, ChinaUnicommust take the initiative to adapt to, effective actively, in order to maintain the leading position in the industry. In order to meet the needs of the new situation, China Unicom is proposed:to scale development as the center, system and mechanism innovation as the driving, expanding share, improve the ability of management, strong, active force, to achieve new breakthroughs in the development of the comprehensive reform of Chinaunicom.In this paper, through the analysis of the research status of UniCom company marketing system at present, theory of mining from large data, combined with the construction practice of knowledge and technical means, the telecom customer precision marketing system were detailed demand analysis, construction on the basis of the research on how to realize the telecom customer precision marketing system. This paper introduces the research value and the significance of data mining technology, then carries on the demand analysis to the customer precision marketing system, at the end of the platform design, function and the realization of the program is analyzed in detail. In this paper, study and improve the construction of customer marketing system theory, especially the telecom customer data mining model based on the precision marketing system, and in a comprehensive analysis of the further development of basic research results at home and abroad on customer marketing system and data mining application, for telecom customer precision marketing the practical system, this to the telecommunications industry future development actual customer precision marketing model provides theoretical support, which has guiding significance in marketing management of telecom enterprise.
