With the sustained domestic economic growth,the rapid increase in personal wealth,personal financial services of commercial banks is becoming a favor of consumers.The competition among commercial banks is increasingly fierce so that financial markets have been feature a buyer’s market.Moreover,there is a significant change in the needs of customers financial needs significant changes have taken place.As customer has become a strategic resource of commercial banks on financial markets,competing for customers of commercial banks become a key to develop financial services.There is no market without customers,and banks can not survive without market.In the same way,personal finance product management model will also be customer-oriented and customers’ satisfaction with personal financial products and services has been paid more attention.Therefore,this investigation is aimed to investigate the satisfaction of the customers,with customers waiting for respondents in several high-profile commercial bank in Shenyang as the interviewee in this research.Chapter 1 in an introduction.The research background and the purpose,significance,object,time,method and structure of the research.Chapter 2 concludes some of the concepts involved in the research.Chapter 3 is devoted to conclude the overall financial products market in Shenyang by analyzing the RMB financial market and currency market in Shenyang.Chapter 4 is the data analysis part.In this chapter,the personal information of the customers including gender,age,education level,income and awareness for financial products were analyzed,and the customers are classified by the approach of customer segmentation and statistical method.It is aimed to explore the priorities and needs of customers.Chapter 5 concludes recommendations for improvement in customer satisfaction which are customers should be identified and serviced as different types according to the needs and preferences.As a result,resource allocation in the market will be optimized and the personal financial business will be improved.
