At present,China's attention to rural development and financial business expansion has promoted the rapid development of agricultural and Commercial Bank.In the rapid development of agricultural and commercial banks,but also brought great competition,especially to manage customer relations,to Customer satisfaction as an important factor in the core competitiveness.However,most of the current studies only focus on the Customer satisfaction or theoretical analysis,and there are few studies that combine theory with empirical research.At the same time,the Customer satisfaction,where the author is located,is not high,affecting its development speed,quality and efficiency in recent years.The purpose of the research is to use what we have learned to solve the problem.Therefore,this study is of great practical significance.First of all,this paper describes the research background and significance,research content,research methods,research status at home and abroad,and carding the customer satisfaction theory,influencing factors and analysis model,it provides theoretical guidance for the research of this paper.In this paper,we take the Customer satisfaction of Tianyi Agricultural Bank of China as the research object,and use the method of questionnaire,on-the-spot investigation and interview to analyze the existing problems in the development of Customer satisfaction,it is found that there are some problems,such as the lack of understanding of the concept of customer satisfaction,the failure to provide differentiated services to customers,the lack of intelligent and convenient means,the lack of closed-loop feedback to customers,and the inadequate protection of customers' rights and interests.Therefore,this article on the days of Agricultural Bank of China in the future how to improve customer relationship management,Customer satisfaction,this paper puts forward some beneficial suggestions,such as optimizing the management idea of taking the customer as the center,enriching the product business of the customer's individual demand,improving the comprehensive quality of the staff,promoting the innovation of science and technology and creating the own brand culture,etc.,in order to further enhance the level of Customer satisfaction,and promote the rapid and sustainable development of Tianyi Agricultural Bank of Commerce.
