Research On Construction Of Venture Capital System In Henan

The progress of science and technology leads to enterprise innovation ability to continuously improve, at the same time, it stimulates the public business. Venture capital, as a powerful force to promote the development of high-tech industry and to support innovation, how to get a better and faster growth, has become a topic of concern.Venture capital involving many subjects, operation process also including a number of links, so the study of it in academic circles is always doing a comprehensive, such as investment strategy, risk controlling, the exit of capital. Compared with western countries, venture capital in China has a late start, and a lot of shortcomings, such as the narrow channels of capital getting, exit channels are not free, and so on. Thinking the development route of Chinese venture capital, we should find a unique pattern which conforms to our country reality, and follow it, to make a rapid growth of venture capital industry.In this paper, we take the construction of venture capital system as the research focus, based on the analysis of related theory about venture capital and venture capital system, then make a targeted analysis on present situation and problems of VC in Henan province, and provide theoretical reference for the VC system constructing for Henan. This study consists of five parts:(1) the introduction: Providing an overview on the status quo of venture capital studying, both of domestic and foreign researches’ focuses and study style;(2) the theoretical basis: Using the related theory of venture capital and venture capital system to do a literature review, and giving the definition;(3) the analysis of present situation and the problems: In-depth analysis on Henan VC system’s construction situation and existing problems;(4) the domestic and foreign venture capital development experience and enlightenment: Choosing the United States, Japan, Jiangsu, Shanxi four areas as venture capital development model, comparing their VC construction method and getting some enlightenments;(5) the construction path of venture capital system of Henan: Through the analysis of venture capital system present situation and the insufficiency, in Henan province and VC system construction experience in other regions for reference, propose some suggestions on the construction of venture capital system in Henan province.The topic research has shown that, the venture capital in Henan province has many defects, such as the market main body is not mature, related policies do not match, through the experience for reference in other areas, we pointed out that can foster the subject of market, perfect the venture capital operation, create a favorable policy environment and perfect venture capital regulatory measures to build the system of venture capital of Henan province.
