Research On Template Customizing For Three-dimensional Publication System

With the advent of economic globalization and the information age,the application of advanced information technology to traditional manufacturing industry has become the inevitable way of traditional manufacturing enterprises to break through the tight encirclement.The production mode of modern manufacturing industry has gradually transitioned to the service oriented manufacturing model.The personalized needs of customers become more and more, therefore improving the quality of after-sale service is the key of enterprises to survive in the fierce competition in the market.And a key factor affecting the quality of after-sale service is attendant published material of the products,due to the characteristics of complex electromechanical products with multi variety and small batch, thus on the basis of solving the contradiction between the design costs of publication and the batch of ptoducts,the key problem to be solved is to shorten the cycle of editing publication and improve the efficiency and accurate rate of editing publication.On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign research on the publication design and template technology,this paper puts forward the scheme of designing publication based on template,aimed at improving the efficiency and accurate rate of editing publication.This paper has mainly done the following work:1.To improve the efficiency and accurate rate of editing publication,the paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of the publication design and template technology,and on the basis of the above analysis and combined with the application situation and the specific needs of cooperative company,it is proposed that the modular design idea is applied to the design of attendant published material, and template technology is applied to solve the problem of rapid design for publication.2.On the basis of the above chapter,the paper proposes the scheme of rapid design for publication based on template.In this scheme it makes public modules fixed down by document reuse technology in order to reuse repeatedly in the future,and through the relation settings of information mapping we can preset link identifiers in the template to form mapping relationship and update information. Then through the analysis of instances of published material,it summarizes the basic structure of publication template.3.On the basis of the above scheme,we design the interface of the system and the structure of the database.So the functional requirements of the system reflects in the design of the system,and finally it gives a preview of the interface.This paper proposes the scheme of rapid design for publication which makes designer can reuse previous public modules of similar products and personalized modules customized during the design of attendant published material of the new products.And it realizes the rapid design for publication based on template,avoiding the issues of efficiency and accuracy brought by redesigning publication, which can shorten the cycle of editing publication and improve the accuracy of publication to lay foundation for enterprise to show itself successfully in the competition.
