Research On Improvement Strategy Of Supply Chain Data-sharing In X Company

The traditional enterprise supply chain is built around the physical world,focusing on specific business activities such as planning,production,processing,delivery and sales.The enterprise supply chain department has established many independent IT systems according to the needs of business activities.The data between different IT systems cannot be connected.At the same time,there are problems such as data ownership,data consumption,data security and privacy,data quality and so on.In this context,X Company considers to overcome the disadvantages of data island in the traditional supply chain with effective management strategy,so that the data can be transformed into valuable information resources in a safe,efficient and reliable way.Taking the supply chain of X company as an example,this thesis introduces how to build the capacity of data sharing.Firstly,this thesis combs the relevant theories and concepts,then analyzes the internal and external environment of X company’s supply chain,which drives it to choose data sharing as a breakthrough,explains the necessity of data sharing,and then points out that the pain points of X company’s supply chain data sharing are the problems caused by data sharing authorization,data security,data privacy and data quality,Put forward targeted countermeasures to share data with high efficiency and high quality on the premise of ensuring data security.Finally,it points out the data sharing guarantee strategy(system,talent and technical guarantee).This thesis holds that:(1)the problems to be solved in supply chain data sharing: in order to eliminate data barriers and turn data into value,X company’s supply chain needs to share data efficiently and reliably on data security.(2)Supply chain data sharing strategy:Aiming at the efficiency of data authorization,centralized authorization is adopted to standardize the authorization process,which improves the consistency,convenience,agility,flexibility and compliance of data sharing;For data security issues,the security and privacy issues are managed hierarchically and hierarchically through metadata management.Low security and low privacy data give priority to efficiency,and high security and high privacy data give priority to security;Aiming at the problem of data reliability,establish data quality management,and assume the responsibility of quality by the person in charge of data according to the management principle of who generates data is responsible.In order to make the data sharing strategy operate continuously,it is also necessary to establish safeguard measures in terms of system,talent and technology.(3)The purpose of supply chain data sharing: to make the data management responsibility clear,the data quality can be monitored and measured,the data can be clean and available,and the organization’s decision-making based on effective and timely data analysis.
