The Research On The China-Asean Industrial Cooperation Under The Background Of Building The Updating Version Of CAFTA

As the cooperation between China and ASEAN has been entering the "Diamond Ten Years", the original free trade agreement cannot fully adapt to the current development of China-ASEAN relationship. China-ASEAN Free Trade Area (CAFTA) need to be upgraded and strengthen industrial cooperation is a good start for the building of "updating version" of CAFTA.This paper analyzes the current situation of China-ASEAN industrial cooperation in the three major industries under the framework of CAFTA, and points out the problems of the cooperation. Such as, similar industrial structure between China and ASEAN, bilateral investment proportion is still low and the internal cohesion of CAFTA need to strengthen. The building of "Upgrading version" of CAFTA will make China and ASEAN countries pay more attention to the industrial adjustment and optimize the regional industrial structure. In the next period the agricultural cooperation between China and ASEAN will develop faster with the wider 0 tariff coming of agricultural goods; kinds of industrial park will play a more significant role; the service trade will face a new developing period. By learning the mature experience of regional industrial cooperation of EU and NAFTA and combing the Comprehensive Advantages Theory, this paper suggest to take use of exogenous comparative advantages, consolidate the endogenous comparative advantage and improve transaction efficiency to deepen the China-ASEAN industrial cooperation.To achieve the goal, government should combine the strategies like "Made in China 2025" with the optimization of regional industrial structure, use the AIIB to. improve the infrastructure level, improving the convenience of trading, perfect the cooperation system, make use of various cooperation platform just like industrial parks. Chamber of commerce and industry should play well the role of explorer, work as a bridge and guide the small and medium-sized enterprise. The enterprises should expand the investment in the region, learn more about the "updating version" of CAFTA, use the "Internet+" to develop E-commerce.
