With the rapid development of Chinese economy, China has gradually become one of the hottest talents investment markets in the world, it attracts more and more multinational companies to enter China for large-scale investing. However, excellent human resources have a impact on the developing of company, the manager not only pay attention to product markets, but also has noticed talent markets,so the competition for talents has become increasingly fierce.According to the survey, the most majority of outstanding corporate managers have put acquiring, training and keeping the outstanding talents as one of the company’s key strategic objectives.Compensation is an important tool to attract, encourage, develop and retain talents, along with competition for talents is much more serious than before, managers pay more attention to compensation. Currently, many companies have surveyed employee’s attitude,and they already put pay satisfaction as an extremely important one. After surveying, they will analyze the results of survey, to take appropriate measures depend on the results in order to increase employee pay satisfaction, to reduce employee turnover, lastly to promote employee’s job performance.Based on the above background, this paper is based on the general staff of the multinational Corporation as the subject, discusses the relationship between pay satisfaction and job involvement, the relationship between pay satisfaction and job performance, the relationship between job involvement and job performance, job involvement plays intermediary role between pay satisfaction and job performance. This paper used famous academic scale as measuring tools to measure these three variables to make empirical analysis. This paper has received 165 valid samples, used SPSS 17.0 to test the reliability and validity of these scales, mainly made descriptive statistical analysis for samples, difference analysis of each variable on the personal characteristics, correlation analysis between each variable, regression analysis and mediating effect analysis, lastly received the following conclusions:the pay satisfaction as a whole has a significantly positive impact on job involvement, but salaries and benefits satisfaction which is its dimension has no significantly positive effect on job involvement; pay satisfaction as a whole has a significantly positive impact on job performance, but welfare, growth and structure/management satisfaction which are its dimensions have no significantly positive effect on job performance; not only job involvement as a whole, but also its dimensions have significantly positive effects on job performance. Finally, the conclusions of this study are summarized, it’s according to the findings to make a number of recommendations and propose the possible research directions in future.
