Study On Railway Emergency Under The Path Of Big Data

In the course of the development of the country, the railway plays an important role, and bears the important task of transportation of goods and personnel. As the world’s third largest railway transport system of China railway system, in order to only account for 6%of the total railway length of the world railway nearly 1/4 of the transport volume. After a long development, China’s railway system in technology and management have a certain progress. However, with the expansion of the railway enterprise, due to the complex of railway departments, personnel intensive and other factors of instability, the railway unexpected events still occur. Follow the railway incident, is a lot of network public opinion, once the disposal of improper, it will have a huge impact. In the Internet era, railway emergency public opinion circle of influence is by no means confined in the railway industry, brought about by the railway emergency public opinion influence beyond its industry, spread to the whole country and even international. Therefore, the research on the railway emergency public opinion and the proposed response measure has the distinct time significance.This article, through the establishment of railway emergency events of public opinion research database, the basic elements of railway emergency events and risk evolution process of "structured data" processing, on our 2005-2014 railway emergency events related to the case data of integration, mining and analysis, so as to railway emergency events of public opinion research practice to provide data support.This study borrows the concept of big data, public opinion research, in data mining based, discusses the construction of the railway emergency events of public opinion, analyses the intrinsic connection of public opinion research and railway emergency events. This paper mainly from the following aspects:one is to analyze the attempt to show the form of railway emergency public opinion of different reasons, starting from the three most typical, for the railway emergency public opinion focus and trend analyses; the two is the analysis of the characteristics of public opinion in different situations under the disposal, divided into the the event handling and disposal of public opinion, this article found in the disposal of different circumstances, public opinion showed different patterns; the three is the analysis of the public opinion under the conditions of different intensity events generated, after controlling for other variables, to analyze the strength and the trend of public opinion from the incident intensity dimension, eventually find the strength the positive intensity and the related events of public opinion, and if the event in the early formation of public opinion is no climax, late in the inevitable outbreak.Finally, based on the existing data analysis, this article, according to the characteristics of the present, from the level of government and enterprises, on the background of the Internet and large data under the railway emergency events response to public opinion proposed several suggestions.
