Research On The Problems Of Public Opinion Managements And Improvements In SD Company

Under the background of the all media era,the dissemination of public opinion information is changing rapidly,which brings great challenges to the public opinion managers.How to avoid public opinion crisis is a problem that enterprises must think about.SD coal company as the industry leader,in all aspects of business management for other enterprises in the industry provides valuable experience,public opinion management is no exception,this article begins to explore in this background,combined with the actual situation of the current public opinion management research.SD company is a large state-owned coal enterprise,from the business attributes to study the potential risk of public opinion.For example,safety production accidents,labor employment problems,engineering management problems,environmental pollution problems,salary management of internal staff and other related issues.After understanding the risk points of public opinion,we need to divide these public opinions and divide them into two categories:external public opinion crisis and internal public opinion crisis.How to deal with these problems effectively is the main purpose of our study.Find out the problem,then study the problem,and finally solve the problem.Through the SD company's current public opinion management work carried out self diagnosis.The main problems are:To sum up the main technical means of public opinion monitoring report is not advanced;the construction of public opinion personnel is not scientific;public opinion related regulations are not perfect;not actively deal with the crisis of public opinion;public opinion management ability to guide public opinion and propaganda uneven in quality;the force has not formed the problem.After careful research and analysis of these problems,combined with the propagation rule of public opinion and the typical cases of public opinion disposal in China,the public opinion management plan of SD company has been worked out,A complete set of public opinion prevention system is adopted to solve SD's current public opinion management.This set of public opinion prevention system mainly includes the following five aspects:first,the establishment of public opinion level of special management organization,clear division of labor;second training a batch of spokesman for the team strong professional quality and professional quality to create a number of strong public administrators and network commentator team;third the introduction of scientific opinion monitoring system of public opinion monitoring the timeliness and integrity;fourth to establish a standardized management system,security management of public opinion work smoothly;the fifth is to establish and adhere to the scientific management of public opinion from the concept,efficient implementation of the conscious mind state protection of public opinion management.The actual situation and improvement plan of SD's public opinion management proposed in this paper is not only instructive for SD's public opinion crisis management,but also has some reference for other coal enterprises' public opinion crisis management.
