Research On The Financing Mode Of Small And Micro Businesses Under The Circumstance Of Internet Financial

The number of micro enterprises in China accounting for more than 90% of the total number of registered enterprises, is a very important part of the national economy, is widely distributed in all walks of life across the country, quietly contribute to the economic development. However, the financing situation of small and micro enterprises which playing an important role in the national economy is not ideal. In recent years, several outbreaks of the worldwide financial crisis, leading to many export-oriented small and micro enterprises operating difficulties, struggling to survive, and even appeared in the coastal enterprise owners have to foot phenomenon. The problem of financing small and micro enterprises have seriously restricted the survival and development of small and micro enterprises, Premier Li Keqiang also in the government work report made repeatedly in recent years to strengthen the support for small and micro enterprises.On the other hand, with the rapid development of the Internet industry, the application of high and new technology of big data, cloud computing, the Internet industry and the financial industry gradually chemical effect, created a new industry -the Internet finance, this is a good news for small and micro businesses, the natural characteristics of the Internet Finance determines that it can bring financing for small and micro businesses. Internet finance in 2013 appeared the explosive growth, the emergence of P2P financing, public financing, Jingdong supply chain finance and other kinds of models. The Alibaba group and Jingdong group’s two electricity supplier company, with its many years of accumulation, make the Internet financial business to very unique. The author thinks that, the research of small and micro enterprise financing mode under the Internet finance has theoretical and practical significance for improving the financing of small and micro enterprises.This article conducts the research under the Internet with information asymmetry theory for the small micro enterprise financing model.First of all, the related research and progress of the Internet Finance and small microenterprise financing will be described in the introduction section, sums up the current research achievements and shortcomings, in order to determine the direction of the later study. The second part, to sort out the Internet banking and Small and micro businesses financing theory, to analyze the factors of small and micro businesses financing difficulties and the causes of the financial development of the Internet based on the theory, to form the basis of the research. The third part, review and analyze the development of small and micro enterprise financing present situation under the Internet banking, to find the nature of the Internet finance to solve the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises, as well as the main currently existing problems; the fourth part, select the "ant micro credit" and "Jingdong supply chain finance" two small and micro enterprises’ financing model as a typical a case study, to review the development of micro credit and Jingdong supply chain finance, to analyze the both modes of operation and characteristics; the fifth part, according to the results of the fourth part, using the SWOT analysis method and comparative analysis method to analyze the case, to clarify the existing problems. The sixth part, based on the analysis of the above research, put forward under the mode of Internet financial development of small and micro enterprises financing countermeasures and suggestions from the aspect of small and micro enterprises, the internet financial enterprises and the regulatory policy.
