As an edible fungus production country whose annual output is over 28 million tons, the edible fungus industry in China has been steadily developing at a high speed. In terms of export, it is more competitive than other agricultural industry; internally, it can promote upgrading of the industrial structure, increase employment, and even help the farmers out of poverty in some poor regions. Having so many benefits, the edible fungus industry has become a veritable "sunrise industry". However, the domestic consumer demand for edible fungus still has a big gap compared with developed countries. So, if it doesn’t have a larger market for an enterprise of high quality product, everything is empty talk. What we have to do is, to find the proper marketing strategy that can reflect industry characteristics and give full play to the overall strength of the enterprise, if doing so, we can change passive to active, get rid of the awkward situation, drive the enterprise into the track of positive development, and, finally promote the prosperity consumer market of domestic edible fungus products.JX Edible Fungus Science and Technology Co., Ltd. is an established not long, but it has a unique technology, product quality and brand advantages of enterprise, has great potential for development. Paper selection JX company’s marketing strategy as a breakthrough study, the purpose is to help companies better develop edible fungus products consumer market, establish a good brand image, increase the realization occupied regions surrounding radiation on the basis of product sales, enter the national strategy the goal.Firstly, the company’s marketing environment from the start, from the macro and micro levels of the company’s external marketing environment is analyzed, and analyzes the external marketing environment, opportunities and challenges facing by the company. With the company’s internal marketing environment, the analysis of the company’s strengths and weaknesses. Currently there are some problems in the marketing activities, including marketing strategy on the issue and the lack of high-quality marketing personnel, the lack of other marketing issues of brand management activities. To solve these problems, try to propose some solutions to the problem, such as developing the company’s targeted marketing strategy, brand strategy, marketing mix strategies.Hoping this research can open up for JX company policy to provide some reference on the edible fungus market marketing activities. JX Company also hopes to have a broader prospect for development, and truly allow consumers to purchase health, rest assured edible fungus products.
