The Research On Ouality Management In The Network Equipment Manufacturers Customer Training Programs

Nowadays service productization has become an irresistible trend. As one of the service products, more and more enterprises have paid attention to the quality of training. However, training is a unique service product. From the development to implementation, there are more links, longer time and more uncertain factors. During this period, any defect may cause big problem to the quality of training. The thesis put forward a set of training quality management methods&conducts an actual case depending on the deep&careful research of the training of related domestic and international enterprises. The writer hope this research can help to promote the training quality of The Network Equipment Manufacturers.The main missions completed by the research are as follows.(1) Quality management methods and the current situation of training program quality management are analyzed and the concept of applying full process quality management in training is put forward based on the collection and reading of relevant articles at home and abroad.(2) The main demands of customers for training quality are concluded by adopting investment and statistics methods. Then, the focus of customers on training products and key factors affecting training products have been found out. Based on the above analysis, measures to improve service quality are suggested.(3) Clearly define the customer oriented principle,and applying full process quality management in customer training. Firstly, tease out customer training process and formulate clear and executable quality requirements&inspection methods for the working and process. Later, setting up a whole set of quality assurance system from market investigation, product design&development to sales and implementation and conduct full process quality control.(4) Based on "Ruijie University Training Program", the method put forward is demonstrated to be effective.The result of this research has a strong instruction to the promotion of training product quality and can help realize the productization operation and sustainable development of training. Meanwhile, it is a reference to customer about training management of enterprises.
