During the great development of China automobile industry in recent60years,automobile products has developed from a single powered mechanical trucks to thetruck, buses, cars etc. Technology level of auto products manufacturing has beengreatly improved, automobile group such as FAW, DongFeng, SAIC and ChangAnhas been established up. By the year of2013, sales for domestic passenger car havebeen upon17million vehicles in China, including1.1million from FAW-VW VWbrand,0.4million from FAW-VW Audi brand, Total sales of FAW-VW has been morethan1.5million vehicles, being the second place of vehicle industry.As focused on customer experience and brand premium ability performedsignificantly in car sales industry, training plays an more and more important role inthe automotive industry business. The advanced management concept needs to beenspread throughout the industry chain upstream (Automobile Spare Parts Suppliers)and downstream (Dealers). Especially the setting up for the dealership managementconcept is an important part of physical examination for auto industry, because carbrand value cognition, identity of consumers need a dealer sales and serviceprofessionals performance; And for brand identity, standards, sales and serviceprocess and vehicle maintenance and repair technology of automobile dealer sales andservice personnel need to be spread through effective training.In the increasingly fierce competition market today, dealer sales and servicepersonnel quality undoubtedly becomes the key factors which influences theautomobile sales and service enterprise whether is success or failure. Now our societyhas be entered into knowledge economy, the future company’s core competitivenesslies in the cultivation of professional talents, but the professional talent is generallydifficult to be obtained from external circumstances, only relying on their owntraining to develop high-quality talents, training has become the indispensableimportant component in the system capacity construction. FAW-VW has alwaysfocused on great importance of the dealer training; the training is as the systemcapacity and the key factors influencing the sustainable development. Effectivetraining provides a steady stream for our dealers’ personnel and the necessary skillsand ideas for employee career development. For training work constantly efficient propulsion, it has been formed a consensus in the FAW-VW. Under this consideration,FAW-VW unswervingly promote the dealer training system construction, withoutslack to commit the cultivation of the trainer, the innovation of training idea,transformation of the training mode, in order to realize the systemic training ability.In this article, through the chart analysis and case analysis, studying thepresenting situation of FAW-VW Brand dealer training system, analyzes theadvantages and disadvantages of current dealer training system, and based on theexisting problems in the existing training system, the purpose of research is foroptimization to high quality training based on position according to the number ofdealer network development model, highly effective platform for the dealer trainingsystem, improve dealer’s sales and service quality and ability, and provide trainingstrategy to boost business for realizing the strategy of "2020" for FAW-VW company.The study has a reference for the development of dealer training system for the wholeindustry.
