With lastingly develop of economy, the private wealth growths rapidly in China. In addition, the number of rich men booms possibly. The sustained stable of the economic environment, investment environment, policy environment and legal environment in China, keeps the number of property owners increasing continuously, which provides great opportunities for VIP customers services in our commercial banks. According to the famous Matale Law-’Two-Eight Rule’,80%of the profits of commercial bank come from20%of their customers. In fact, for commercial bank,20%of those customers are the high-class individual customers, which drive the innovations of bank products and services. Furthermore, these high-class customers can promote the commercial bank business transformation and upgrading effectively. Thus, focusing on the high-class customers is the guarantee of commercial bank in future.In this paper, the author focuses the commercial bank high-class customer’s demand mainly. Agricultural Bank of China of Zhuhai branch is pricked to as the case of this research.’VIP services’ provided by the branch are looked as the research objects. In this research, the author explores the high-class customers’ perception of’VIP services’ from the perspectives of customer. The research results provide the effective paths to the commercial bank’s marketing strategy. Though the investigation to’VIP services’provided by the case bank, the author collects the first hand data effectively. SPSS17.0is used to analyze the survey data professionally. Factor analysis and Correlation analysis are used in this research, which helps the researchers explore the relationships of those data. Combining with the analysis results, several useful marketing strategies are listed by the author accordingly, which can help the case bank to improve the overall quality of’VIP services’ effectively.
