Design And Implementation Of Centralized Tax Administration System In Inner Mongolia

With the rapid development of information technology, IT technology has been playing aincreasingly important role in the development of all walks of life. In the present, the taxauthorities have encountered no small challenge, as the national authorities in charge ofimportant data, faced with different needs from different directions, managing their ownbusiness and things could not be more support from IT technology. Information technology willbe applied to the tax department, in fact, the implementation of the change intended to make taxmanagement standardization, information technology, professional, humane, so that the taxwork has become more transparent, more reasonable, more professional, more efficient, frommeet the needs of all aspects of the taxpayer, providing high-quality services.This paper summarizes the current development of electronic tax at home and abroad, theirrespective characteristics were compared and analyzed as a basis for the foundation of thisresearch. In this article, we took the tax administration system in Inner Mongolia as the researchobject, fully collecting its daily transaction information. We made functional requirementsanalysis through the results obtained from the research, then executed analysis and design forthe needs of the local tax management system of Inner Mongolia as well as its deficiency. At last, combined with the thought of tax revenue centralizedmanagement, our purpose is going to establish a rapid response centralized tax managementsystems. The article also introduce the system’s operating environment and assembly languageinvolved in the development process, after analyzing comparison and according to its owncharacteristics ORACLE database and JSP(Java Server Pages) which reflect the Openness andcross-platform of java language were chosen.By implementing the system, it can be seen the study of the local tax administration ofInner Mongolia has a very positive effect. Aim at the lack of the original management model,the centralized tax administration system has adjusted to change, so that each working point nolonger work with each other independently, get each Taxation, tax collection work of eachBureau organically integrated, unified information management in all sectors, greatly facilitatethe tax workers, but also made tax work clear, standardized and unified, significantly increased the tax organ efficiency, while providing a more efficient and effective to taxpayers high qualityservice.
